Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

Your account

• You are responsible for providing a correct mobile number and account details at signup.
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN/password confidential.
• All activity that happens through your account is treated as your activity.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Course access is personal

• A course purchase grants a single, personal, non-transferable licence to the registered user.
• You may not share your login, screen-record full lessons, redistribute materials, or resell any part of the content.
• Multiple-device misuse, account sharing or bulk downloading of materials may lead to suspension of access.

Intellectual property

All course videos, PDFs, quizzes, branding, design and other content on the platform are the intellectual property of Adda Academy or its licensors. You may use them only for your personal exam preparation.

You may not copy, modify, translate, publicly display or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.

Course updates and availability

We continuously improve our courses. We may add, replace, restructure or retire lessons, subjects or quizzes inside a course to keep content current and aligned with the latest exam pattern.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we may need to perform maintenance or upgrades. We will try to minimise disruption.

Validity and expiry

Each course is sold with a clearly mentioned validity (for example, 6 months, 12 months or unlimited). Access is automatically active during that validity from the date access is granted.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform.
• Do not upload or share unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringing content in chats, doubts or feedback.
• Do not attempt fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse or use of stolen payment methods.
• Violation of acceptable use may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Payments

Payments are collected through trusted payment partners. Once a payment is successful, access to the purchased course is granted as described in the Digital Access Policy.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before purchasing any course.

Limitation of liability

Adda Academy provides educational content on an "as is" basis. While we make sincere efforts to keep content high-quality, accurate and updated, we do not guarantee any specific exam result, rank or selection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course in the preceding three months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will always be available on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
